Sensorless vector control approach for the interior PM synchronous machine with DC-offset compensation loop

Abstract Two different DC offset compensators for sensorless PMSM, motor drives with wide speed range flux linkage observers, are introduced and compared. The first one is an improved observer PI correction no need mover phase adaptation. second a novel active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) compensator without ESO built into ADRC able to detect compensate both internal model external load disturbance, resulting in superior dynamic responsiveness robust regulation. In scenarios, injected direct current (DC) calculated maintained by the integral part ADRC, which effectively compensates biases drifts caused sampling channels. Compared controller, demonstrates greater transient performance robustness. results of theoretical analysis Matlab simulations have confirmed feasibility efficiency proposed strategy.
